Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting our small business!

We’re a tiny team, and each order means the world to us. Some of our items (especially prints and t-shirts) are made on demand or in small batches, which means shipping can sometimes take a little longer than usual.

We do it all ourselves so at times, when we are temporarily working out of the country processing times and shipping migh take some extra time, but feel free to reach out to us if you are on a rush or have questions regarding your order.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 10 business days.

Some items are made to order and may take up to 4 weeks to ship.

We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience.

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Portugal - 1-3 business days*

European Union - 3-8 business days*

Rest of the world - 5-15 business days*

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on the way.

We currently ship from Portugal to most international destinations. If you don’t see your country at checkout, feel free to reach out to us by email to danielcastrotattooshop@gmail.com.

We use CTT, the Portuguese Postal Service, for shipping. Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handled by your local postal service, such as USPS  in the United States, Royal Mail in the UK, Deutsche Post in Germany or Australia Post in Australia.

Occasionally, delays can happen due to customs or postal service disruptions. These are unfortunately out of our control, but we’ll always try to help if something seems off with your delivery.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
